Our Logo

Our logo is a sun and a shield.  It was inspired by Psalms 84:11 which states “The Lord, our God is a sun and a shield.  He gives us grace and glory…”  NLT  We emphasize the grace of God because we believe that it is only through receiving Jesus Christ and His shed blood on the cross of Calvary that we have access to our heavenly Father.  We are not qualified by our own good works, but only by His finished work on the cross.  The glory of God transforms us and empowers us as we are (2 Cor. 3:18) “changed from faith to faith and glory to glory,” we also become releasers of His glory and release the promises of heaven to this earth. (Mt. 6:10 …Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven…)

Grace and Glory Fellowship was originally birthed as Gloryland Ministries by our founding Apostle Richard Skoff in 1983 while he was at a Kenneth Copeland convention in Anaheim, California.  Apostle Richard and Pastor Theresa met and married in California and then shortly thereafter moved to Ohio and planted their first church in their home in Akron.  In 1992, Gloryland Ministries became Gloryland Chapel of Praise and supernaturally reaped their first miracle church building in Stow, Ohio.  A mighty revival touched their fellowship causing them to outgrow their building. David’s House Worship Center was birthed as an overflow building to handle the growth from Gloryland Chapel of Praise.  After 13 years of being called David’s House Family Church, the Holy Spirit spoke and said “I am changing your name.”  In the summer of 2011, the original Gloryland Ministries founded by Apostle Richard Skoff was named Grace and Glory Fellowship to reflect the new movement and identity of the ministry.
